Welcome to Golden Yug by SS, a premium senior living community operated by ESHA SAHAJ DISHA INDIA PVT LTD (GSTIN: 23AAGCE3398A1ZX), a registered Indian company. These Terms of Use govern your residency and interactions with our community. By choosing to reside at Golden Yug or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Residency Terms

2.1 Rental Agreement

  • Golden Yug offers rental-only accommodations
  • Rental period: Flexible terms as per individual agreement
  • One-time refundable deposit: ₹40 Lacs
  • Monthly rent: ₹82,000 plus GST

2.2 Eligibility

  • Primary residents must be senior citizens aged 60 and above
  • Couples may apply jointly
  • Health assessment required prior to admission

2.3 Accommodation

  • Non-transferable rental rights
  • Cannot be sublet or passed to family members
  • Apartments cannot be sold or transferred

3. Financial Terms

3.1 Payment

  • Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month
  • Deposit refundable within 60 days of vacating premises
  • Late payment fees may apply
  • Rent is subject to annual review and adjustment

3.2 Additional Charges

  • Utilities included in monthly rent
