Job highlights
- The CSR is involved in most aspects of day to day operations of the resort while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times; and must be cross-trained in areas related to responding to emails queries, showcasing property to prospective customer and engaging in a friendly manner to answer queries
- Focus on the customer: Seeks to understand the internal/external customer and meet the needs of both the customer and the company
- Perform customer service and other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- One year of work experience and a desire to learn and work hard
- Work is assigned orally and in written form; individual must be able to follow directions
- Good visual and communication skills
Compensation
- Lodging available
- Salary Rupee Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 depending on experience and ability to communicate in English and Hindi effectively.
